Glamorous Glutton:
Recipe type: Sweet
Cuisine: Brazilian
Serves: 12
  • 1 can 379g condensed milk
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp good quality cocoa
  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • 50g chocolate strands
  1. Put the condensed milk into a pan with the butter over a moderate heat and stir constantly until the mixture begins pulling away from the edges of the pan.
  2. Pour the mixture onto two side plates, half on each plate.
  3. Using a tea strainer sift the cocoa onto one of the plates and stir through until it's well combined.
  4. Let the 2 mixtures cool slightly and then with oiled hands take a tea spoon of the mixture and roll into a bal. Then dip the chocolate bals into the chocolate strands and the white balls into the coconut and cover completely.
  5. Set aside on a board or place in mini cup cake papers.
